Log files

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server request logs, including IP address, browser type, access times, and the page you came from, as part of delivering and securing the website.
The Google Maps embed described below does set cookies from Google in your browser on the pages where the map appears.
Third-party content from Google
Two parts of this Website load content directly from Google. Every page loads our typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), and our service area map on the home, about and contact pages is an embedded Google Map (www.google.com/maps/embed), which loads when the map scrolls into view.
Because your browser fetches that content from Google's own servers, Google receives your IP address, your browser and device user agent, and the address of the page you are viewing, and the map embed additionally sets Google cookies in your browser. This happens as the page loads. Nothing you type into our contact form reaches Google, and your phone number and text messaging consent are never involved. Google's use of the information it receives is governed by its own privacy policy, which we do not control and cannot access.
How We Store Your Information
When you submit the form on this Website, the submission is delivered to us by email through Resend, our transactional email provider. The Website itself is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Enquiries and the contact details you give us are then stored in GoHighLevel, the customer relationship management platform we use to manage enquiries, appointments and text messaging.
Each of these providers processes information only on our instructions and only to run the Services on our behalf. Their own privacy notices describe their data handling practices in detail.
Use of Information
We may use information about you to:
- Provide, maintain and improve the Services;
- Respond to your enquiry, schedule a site visit, prepare an estimate, and carry out the work you ask us to do;
- Send you service messages about your project, including appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and dispatch updates, and follow-ups on a quote or estimate, including by text message where you have opted in;
- Respond to your comments, questions and requests, and provide customer support;

JE Remodeling Solutions collects mobile phone numbers when you submit a form on this website, call us, or contact us directly. If you provide your number and check the SMS consent box on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from us about your service request, including appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and dispatch updates, quote and estimate follow-ups, and replies to your inquiry.
